1. When will construction begin? When will the project be finished?
As you may have noticed, construction has already started. The first phase of our renovation focused on adding a bar and coffee shop in our hotel lobby, renovations to the gaming floor and rebranding the Buffalo Grill.
The second phase will begin in July 2019 and include groundbreaking on a new hotel tower. We are aware that this sort of work may come with noise, dust and clutter so we are doing everything we can to reduce the intrusion while you enjoy your stay with us. Thank you for your patience. We believe that when construction is completed in 2021, you’ll feel that it’s all been worth it.
2. What is being built?
Along with a new hotel tower featuring 75 rooms (from suites to conference rooms), this expansion will add indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a luxurious spa and an exercise facility. Also planned will be a gaming area with Top Golf suite and multi-function meeting rooms that face our new pool.
3. What has already been built?
Inside the hotel lobby, guests are now greeted with a 20-seat bar that offers local craft beers, cocktails and bar bites. Kapi Coffee Bar provides guests with hot and iced coffees, smoothies, fresh-squeezed orange juice and sandwiches. As mentioned above, the Embers Bar & Grille replaced the Buffalo Grill, adding a greater selection of food and specialty drinks. Current updates to the casino floor have added new wall treatments, lighting, décor and carpet.

6. What will the impact of construction be?
We have planned construction in two phases to reduce any major interruptions to our normal day-to-day operations. Impacts to the guest experience will vary depending on the phase of the project, but rest assured we will work to minimize the impact to our guests.
7. Will parts of the casino be shut down during construction?
When discussing our plans with the architects and construction company, we insisted that our guests’ inconvenience be minimal. The two-part phase virtually ensures that there will be no areas of the casino shut down during construction.
